Joyful Sound Entertainment "It's no longer a dream it's a new beginning" was founded by Lionel Charlot, a Military Veteran in 2009, and we are located in the Northern, KY area. Lionel has been in the Disc Jockey industry since late 1995. Lionel has djed different events such as, clubs, Military balls, weddings, sweet 16, high school homecomings and proms while in the military from Germany, Alaska, Texas, New Jersey etc. Lionel also has experience in the Radio industry where he did the 5 o'clock mix traffic jam as a Guest DJ on two different radio stations.
